Effective Monday 1 December 2014, the Medical LMI waiver Policy will be expanded to

Include:
Doctors
Dentists
Specialists*
Chiropractors
Optometrists
Physiotherapist
Vets
As per the current policy the LMI waiver is available for lending up to 90.0%LVR. Loans

above 90.0% LVR will be subject to LMI for the entire portion above 80%.

The waiver is available where the applicant is confirmed as being currently registered in
one of the eligible professions.
