How Do Trails Work

• In addition to upfront commissions some lenders pay Trailing commissions for the life of most loans at an average of .25%
• The gross trails amount to match the table is as shown here.
• These amounts roll over to the following year and trails from all new loans continue to add to the passive income stream.
• By the end of 6 months in the business, Franchisees are expected to be submitting a minimum of $1.500,000 to $2000,000 per month in loan applications.
