Different circumstances require different information. However some standard items will be required and you should have them ready for your appointment with your Aussie Mortgage Masters Adviser.

 

  • 6 months recent statements on your current home loan
  • Self Employed—2 years Financials
  • 2 recent pay slips and the most recent Group Certificate
  • 3 months Credit Card statements
  • 6 months statements on all other loans being refinanced
  • A current Shire Rates Notice
  • 100 point check :                          
    - A Certified Copy of Drivers License and Passport or Birth Certificate

 

If building:

  • A copy of plans and specifications and fixed priced builders contract.

 

If Purchasing a new home or investment property:

  • A copy of the Offer and Acceptance

The lease, rent appraisal or evidence of receipt of rental income

 

First Home Buyer

  • First Home Owner Grant form
