BICTON local Geoff Burden, who achieved 12th position in Australia's Top 100 Brokers in 2009, has just celebrated 10 years as an Ausssie Mortgage Masters (AMM) franchisee.

The father of three has been the top-performing AMM franchisee every year since becoming its inaugural franchisee in December 2000.

A CPA with six years' experience in the accounting profession, Mr Burden said more than 75 percent of his business came from past and existing clientèle and their referrals.
